Welcome to the Skylight Counselling Centre
Skylight Counselling Centre is a project within Coventry City Mission, a Christian Charity that supports people in a variety of ways regardless of their financial, social, religious or ethnic background.
Skylight’s trained and experienced counsellors offer a confidential counselling service to women and their partners for issues relating to pregnancy, these include:
- Birth trauma
- Bonding & attachment anxiety
- Infant death/still birth
- Miscarriage (early & late)
- Parenting & relationships
- Post abortion recovery
- Post natal depression
- Pregnancy anxiety
Our aim is to give our clients time and space to work through their pregnancy experience by offering:
- Non judgemental 1-2-1 counselling
- Comfortable, safe & confidential surroundings
- Daytime appointments 10am – 3pm Mon – Thurs
- Counselling appointments at our centre in Deedmore Road (other venues can be arranged on request)
- Affordable counselling – depending on your financial circumstances of between £5 – £30 per session
- Counselling for issues other than pregnancy if required
We can also provide:
- Practical help in the form of baby clothes, toys and equipment
- Information sessions for professionals, groups and individuals
- Presentations within schools and youth groups
