Befriending & Support

Skylight is always willing to consider offering additional support to new mums or those struggling with their pregnancy or first few months following the birth of the baby.

We are in contact with volunteers who are willing to just come alongside and befriend you for a period; to pass on their experience and support you in your daily routine.

This service is similar but not identical to what Pals in Pregnancy used to offer in Coventry before it was closed due to loss of funding.

We may also be able to put you in touch with local Bumps and Babies groups and /or Mother and Toddler groups.
